Before you log a single item, we map your boat together. Every locker, bilge, fridge and wardrobe, named the way your crew knows it. Send over your current spreadsheets, photos and notes, and they come back cleaned, categorised and in place. You open the app to a system that already fits your vessel, not an empty one waiting to be filled.
Your interior crew can all log, add and edit at the same time, straight from their device, whether they're in the stew pantry between service or stuck in a bilge restocking. Labels are scanned, invoices imported with prices intact, and photos, locations and condition attached item by item. Uniform comes in sized and allocated to the crew member it belongs to, so your uniform inventory finally stays accurate.
From there it's just how the interior runs. Crew log items as they pour, restock, log breakage or hand over to rotating crew. Hours of admin now done in minutes, from anywhere on board. No. One subscription covers the vessel. Invite up to 10 crew to join with a 6-character invite code, which they redeem at seait.io, and get their own login at no extra cost, and you can also track unlimited non-app crew (engineers, chefs, deckhands) for uniform allocation without giving them an account. The whole interior team shares one cellar, one wardrobe, one source of truth.
Yes. Drop the PDF in after a delivery and sea·it reads each line, matches items against your cellar, and applies the right logic: same wine, same vintage means restock; same wine, different vintage means a new item. You confirm the matches before anything's written. PDF invoices only for now, up to about 6MB.
